PORK RIND SURVEY
We paid a food laboratory to test a sample of our Microwave Pork Rinds for it's nutritional values. This is the same laboratory that tests products for Sara Lee and many other national brands.
Then we compared our nutritional breakdown with five other pork rind products from five other national and regional brands of snack foods. All of their pork rinds were the traditional, deep fried version. Ours, of course, is microwaved - not deep fried.
