For the last couple of months I've enjoyed your microwave pork rinds as a snack and one night while sitting at my bar with a couple of customers I decided to share. Within just a couple of minutes my entire supply of pork rinds had been consumed by my customers. For the next couple of weeks, at least once a night a customer would ask if "pork rinds are on the menu tonight".

It didn't take me long to realize that an opportunity to set myself apart from the other bars in the area had presented itself. We now are working with Jim at to offer great pork rind and dip combinations to offer our patrons and the results have been great.

Just a quick note to tell you how much we are enjoying Jimmy's Microwave Pork Rinds. It's hard to believe that something that tastes so good is actually considered a healthy snack. If someone were to ask me for my rating on a scale of 1 to 10, I would say a definite 10 and then I'd go on to say when a liberal amount of Hot & Spicey seasoning is added, the rating goes off the chart!

Now that I've mentioned the positive things, I have to admit one thing could be considered a negative. These things come out of the microwave so crispy & crunchy that my wife complains I make too much noise when I eat them!

I found it hard to believe that these hard pellets could become edible when I first ordered them -- but WOW, after just 2 minutes in the microwave, they turn into a crunchy, delicious, versatile snack that really satisfies! AND CARB FREE! I don't have to worry about MSG, excess sodium or too much fat with these.

Our secret recipe is spraying a little Braggs Liquid Aminos on them sprinkling a spice medley in the bag before cooking. We are on the Atkins Diet and are still losing weight after eating these delicious pork rinds every day. GREAT popcorn and chips replacement -- NO CARBS!

I recently purchased bags of your microwave pork rinds. My intention was to bring them up to work. (I work in a remote Alaskan location, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off). Long story short, I only was able to bring 2 bags to work. Four bags didn't stand a chance at my house, when I showed them to my friends, they were like locust. They made short order of the four bags.

Your product is fantastic! and I love the BBQ flavoring.

I first used micro-rinds when I lived in Florida 1995. I was on a weight loss program and used them as high protein/low carb snack.
